3 Jaish-Linked Pak Terrorists Killed in Encounter with Security Forces in J&K

Three Pakistani terrorists linked to the Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM) militant group were killed in a fierce encounter with security forces in Jammu and Kashmir’s Pulwama district. The operation, which lasted several hours, involved the coordinated efforts of the Indian Army, CRPF, and local police.

According to a senior police official, the encounter began late last night when security forces, acting on specific intelligence inputs, launched a search operation in the Tral area of Pulwama. The terrorists, upon being cornered, opened fire, prompting the forces to retaliate.

“Three terrorists belonging to the Jaish-e-Mohammed outfit have been neutralized. The slain terrorists have been identified as Pakistani nationals, highlighting the persistent infiltration attempts from across the border. Security forces recovered a cache of arms and ammunition from the site, including assault rifles, grenades, and other warlike stores.
