Gujarat High Court Clears the Way for Netflix to Release ‘Maharaj’, Dismisses Sentimental Concerns

The Gujarat High Court has given Netflix the green light to release its controversial series ‘Maharaj’, dismissing claims that it could hurt religious sentiments. The decision, which emphasizes the importance of artistic freedom and expression, comes after a petition was filed seeking a ban on the series.
