The crash happened around 8:13 p.m. in Columbia Township, located in Pennsylvania’s Bradford County near the New York state line.

According to the Pennsylvania State Police, Julian Fleming was driving a 2024 Yamaha ATV with Alyssa Boyd as his passenger when the vehicle struck a deer that suddenly appeared on the rural roadway. The violent collision resulted in the death of Boyd at the scene due to “extensive injuries,” while Fleming was rushed to Guthrie Troy Community Hospital for treatment of serious injuries. Neither of the riders was wearing a helmet at the time of the crash.
