In a powerful and inspiring speech at the National Cadet Corps (NCC) rally, Prime Minister Narendra Modi lauded the strength and capabilities of Nari Shakti (women’s power) and emphasized the government’s commitment to removing obstacles hindering women’s progress. The rally, held at a packed venue, witnessed enthusiastic cheers as the Prime Minister addressed the crowd, highlighting the pivotal role played by women in the nation’s growth.
Acknowledging the resilience and determination of women across the country, PM Modi spoke passionately about the need to empower and uplift Nari Shakti. He said, “Our women have shown time and again that they are no less than anyone. Nari Shakti is the driving force behind our nation’s progress, and we must ensure that they get every opportunity to excel.”
The Prime Minister outlined various initiatives undertaken by the government to remove obstacles that have historically impeded women’s advancement. He emphasized the importance of education and skill development, stating that the government is actively working to ensure that women have equal access to quality education and training opportunities.
“Education is the key to empowerment, and we are committed to providing it to every girl in the country. Our Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao initiative is making significant strides in promoting the education of the girl child,” PM Modi asserted.
In addition to education, the Prime Minister highlighted the government’s efforts to create a conducive environment for women in the workforce. He spoke about schemes and policies aimed at enhancing opportunities for women entrepreneurs, ensuring a safe workplace, and promoting gender equality.
As the audience cheered, PM Modi announced the expansion of various welfare schemes catering specifically to the well-being of women. He said, “We are working towards creating a society where women feel safe, empowered, and confident. Our initiatives, such as Ujjwala Yojana, Pradhan Mantri Matru Vandana Yojana, and Sukanya Samriddhi Yojana, are empowering women economically and socially.”
