Machine Gun Kelly, whose real name is Colson Baker, has addressed the news of Megan Fox’s pregnancy. The announcement comes two weeks after Fox shared a heartfelt Instagram post confirming that the couple is expecting their first child together.
On November 11, the Jennifer’s Body actress posted a black-and-white image of a positive pregnancy test and later shared a photo cradling her baby bump, captioned, “Nothing is ever really lost. Welcome back.” This will be the first child for Fox and Kelly as a couple, though they both have children from previous relationships.
Breaking his silence, the Bloody Valentine singer took to X (formerly Twitter) to reflect on the news and his creative process. “Isolating myself in the desert next week to restart this album from scratch,” the 34-year-old wrote. “When inspiration flows through me unblocked, we will reach the destination in no time. Don’t worry. After all, I’m about to be a dad again!”
Fox, 38, shares three sons—Noah (12), Bodhi (10), and Journey (8)—with her ex-husband Brian Austin Green. Meanwhile, Kelly is father to Casie (15), from a previous relationship with Emma Cannon.
Their journey as a couple began in 2020 after meeting on the set of Midnight in the Switchgrass, with Kelly proposing two years later. In 2022, the rapper hinted at a previous pregnancy loss during a performance at the Billboard Music Awards, dedicating his song to their “unborn child.”
Fox has been open about the emotional impact of the miscarriage, addressing it in her poetry book, Pretty Boys Are Poisonous, and a 2023 interview with Women’s Wear Daily. “This miscarriage was really tragic for me and left me with a lot of grief and suffering,” she shared.
With their latest announcement, the couple is ready to embrace this new chapter together.
